Good Points

The location was fantastic.
The food was plentiful and offered a huge choice.
The staff were very approachable and spoke many languages.

Bad Points

The reserving of sunbeds rule was not adhered to, and you felt as though you had to join the rule breakers in order to ensure a bed in a decent location (this is a minor bad point, and the only one)!

General Comments

I have just returned from the Bahia Principe hotel in Costa Adeje. My partner and I enjoyed a week of relaxation without my children. It is a perfect location for that. I do not think I will book this for a family holiday; only because of its location, and my teenage girls would not survive without a shopping experience!!

The rooms were spacious and spotless. The staff responsible for cleanliness and for filling the mini bar worked continuously. We needed more pillows, and within an hour they were delivered.

The Reception Staff spoke many languages, and were most helpful on our arrival.

The staff in the restaurants were, on the whole, efficient and friendly, and queues were kept to a minimum. The choice of food was amazing. It was clearly translated so that you knew what you were eating!!

The entertainment in the evening was not VEGAS, but it was there in the background, and you could be involved if you wanted to.
There is a group of young people employed to organise entertainment for the children and adults. They were approachable, spoke many languages (well), and were not overly persuasive (If you said no, they accepted this).

All in all, this was an amazing place! The views over to the Island of Gomera and beyond were idyllic!

I cannot wait for another opportunity to go back there.
