Good Points
Five very different sections to break up the dvd make the time fly when you are doing the workout.
Bad Points
The suggested eating plan is unrealistic for me so I stick to my own.
General Comments
Charlie Brooks, Before and After Workout - I have been doing this DVD once a day for just over a month now and have lost 1 stone. I am very impressed with it and it definately works, I hate exercise but doing this once a day gets it out of the way and is worth it when you see the results. After doing it so many times I know everything that Dee says and it gets annoying but that is the only bad point.
