Good Points

I think this dvd is fantastic. Jordan trys really hard to make it fun and she actually does!


Bad Points

The only thing i would say is that they probably needed to do more ab workouts as the one on there is not that long


General Comments

Jordan - Jordan The Workout - I really enjoyed working out to this dvd and would reccomend it! (Also really helps to firm up your boobs!!)
