It's small and light enough to fit in my jeans pocket. No protruding antenna. Good battery life. Decent operating system.
Bad Points
Missed calls.
Frequently fails to dial out.
General Comments
I like Nokia phones, but I should know better than to purchase the first model in a new series. I had a 5160, and it was unreliable because the battery didn't stay in place. The 8260 missed calls from the day I got it, but I blamed the network. About a month after the warranty expired, the phone started refusing to dial out. I took it to the AT&T store, where the folks told me that the 8260 has a programming problem. They updated the firmware, but that didn't fix it. Maybe the bugs are fixed in the 8265.
