Good Points
I used Nobelcom to call Belize. They are the cheapest I have found so far, and customer service has been superb.
Bad Points
Hidden fees. I bought the one second cell card with no connection fees for 28.5 cents per minute. I paid 0.4 for a call that was 20 seconds long. I was told by their support that the call charge starts after I enter my pin. It is definitely not 28.5 cents per minute.
General Comments
The charge for a call with Nobelcom starts the instant you enter your pin. There is time taken to give you your balance and how long the call will take. I paid for a card that would give my 28.5 cents to Belize, and it ended up being .40 per minute. I would have also liked to have known that you don't get the price listed if you don't have a local access number. The access numbers are very limited. Finally, the 800 number is busy a lot. It can take you a while to make a call in peak business hours.
