An internet parcel firm that actually answers the phone!

INTERPARCEL.COM: I have used most of the internet parcel delivery firms and interparcel.com are the only ones who actually answer the phone and deal with any queries without any fuss...brilliant.

The only thing is the number is a premium rate number and you can be on there 30 minutes plus sometimes
