its easy to use and has more things on it than my other phone (eg. missed calls) i like how you can change the sounds the buttons make
the screen is too small, has no picture messages, hasn't got any good cover things avalable anywhere, hasnt got message tones, only has 'events' not new messages or new missed calls,
the only reason i own this phone is because my other phone (which is a motorolla talkabout and is even worse than this phone) short curcuited while i was trying to charge it and this was the only phone my friends had spare
