Ease of use, EXCELLENT support, UK based (Uncle Sam cannot subpoena your data!)
Their website could be better looking to inspire more trust.
The Depositit software is a breeze to install and can be configured to backup different backup sets at different frequencies for one or more machines. For encrypted files and network drives DepositIT can run as a Windows Service.
The online selfhelp files are comprehensive and easy to follow, for an extra 20 Euros you can get phone support but it is really not needed. The email support response is also very good.
