Customer services uncooperative, argumentative and not very helpful
Endsleigh Car Insurance are very slow to respond. Refund of deposit taken over 3 weeks to come, and I am still waiting, and have yet to see my money back. People very unknowledgable and they misinformed me. Unprofessional and inflexible in meeting customer needs.
