Double charged and not refunded
General Comments
I was sold a ticket by a Dial A Flight rep, but when at the airport it was refused at check-in. They said I needed to pay again and that they would refund my first payment. However, after many weeks of trying, lost emails, and unavailable reps; I have never been refunded.
