General Comments

When I got my AA Home Insurance renewal I decided to shop around and got a cheaper quote so I called the AA to cancel. They said they would. They then took out another policy and charged me for the whole year. When I found out, they said I had not cancelled and not made the call. I have asked my bank to get the money back under the Direct Debit scheme promise. The AA are a very poor company when it comes to customer service.
