Good points include the high muzzle velocity, which enable the user to hit targets at up to 150 (with a scope), it's very rugged and is resilient in an outdoor environment.
The MK3 is a little on the heavy side due to the barrel.
The Webley Mark 3 is an amazing rifle. It's brilliant for distance work because of it's accuracy and power. It is best used by adults (too heavy for younger shooters) and is very tough to cock, due to the strength of the spring-piston inside.
