Not really bad, but they change out some products quickly. Can be disappointing for a repeat buyer.
Website can be a little difficult to browse at times.
I have placed several orders with dog.com and I have been very pleased...much more so than at other online pet supply store. The prices are the absolute BEST anywhere, and if you find a lower price they will match it. They ship fedex, and they do not overcharge for shipping. Orders are shipped same day and I have always received my orders in 2-3 days. They have a wonderful selection of products and offer a discount on "buy 2 or more" for many items. The only glitch that I have experienced is not receiving confirmation emails for one of my orders. However, I emailed customer service and received a friendly response with a tracking number in half an hour. Fantastic!
In my experience, there have been a few items that I wanted to order for the second (or third) time, and could not find them on the website. This can be a little frustrating, but they are constantly adding new items so it makes sense that some older items need to be phased out.
Orders are well packaged in sturdy boxes. I haven't had the need to return anything, but they seem to have an easy return policy.
I would highly recommend dog.com to all of my family and friends. They have a loyal customer in me (and my pets)!
