Good Points

Can load a lot of music. Small. Nice look


Bad Points

BREAKS DOWN FAST... the Apples have lots of bugs. And by the way don't dare get a normal wear and tear scratch on it or they won't repair it under the warranty. It freezes, it conks out


General Comments

I bought this Apple Ipod mini and it went smoothly for a while, but I would say after like 6 months it started to freeze up for no reason. Then for no apparent reason it stopped playing all together and when I sent it in to be repaired, I was told that because there were scratches on the exterior that the damaage was my fault and they denied my repair. It is ridiculous to deny repair just because the unit had NORMAL wear and tear on it. This is an outrage and I would not recommend using Apple ipod, it's not worth it. A friend of mine has a cheap little MP3 player for longer than I've had mine, it's not as fancy or pretty, it's smaller and holds less songs but it's lasted longer than my ipod mini and it's still going strong.
