Good Points
Hand held brush excellent.

Bad Points
Very heavy.
Difficult to keep clean.
Leaves drips and marks on the carpet.
Water carrier not big enough.

General Comments
Bissell Powerwash Proheat is so heavy. Not a good design. Far too many nooks and crannies for dirt to get stuck in. Dirty water leaks out from the vacuum nozzle at the front when machine turned off. Constant trips to the sink to empty and refill. Also the Bissell shampoo is really expensive and does not do the area it specifies. Will not be using again. Left more marks on the rugs than I started with. Used as per instructions.
