    Customer services is no good. I had to complain to the financial ombudsman in London because they stopped all my online facilities and stopped my account completely, so I had no telephone banking, no access to my money in the branches, and I had to send 3 formal complaint letters to the customer relations director, and she did nothing to resolve anything. It's only because the financial ombudsman in London got involved that Citibank decided to release my money. It is a six figure online bank account, and if they do this with big account holders, I hate to think what they to to people who have less than £100,000.


    General Comments

    Citibank held on to my money for 1 month and I had no access to it what so ever, so if you think you have an online or instant access account with Citibank, don't be so sure, as you might think it's your money, but really Citibank thinks it's theirs and they will not give you access to it. It took me 3 letters, many calls and 3 letters to the financial ombudsman before I even saw my money again.
