Good Points
I do alot of online shopping, and it was refreshing to find a website that has a straightforward format...It makes it so much easier to locate what you are looking for (which is ecpecially useful when you don't know quite what it is you're looking for!) The prices are, from what I looked into, more than competetive. Exchanges are fairly swift!

Bad Points
The only negative comment I have is in regards to their range - it's not as wide as the 'major players' but I don't think that should discourage anyone from visiting.

General Comments
In regards to my good and bad points above - if mirage-escape.com have something that appeals to you, you'll be glad you looked there. I got my trainers the next day, £10.50 cheaper than the nearest competitor I could find. Unfortunately for me they weren't a comfortable fit so I emailed the 'returns department' who advised me to post them back and a size 10 (as requested) would be reserved for me and sent out once the 9s were recieved back. This whole process took 4 days - thats pretty quick in my experience. I'm looking forward to shopping with them again in the future!!
