H&M is a fashionable shop and they have a variety of styles to suit many tastes. The designs are contemporary, and the staff are approachable and helpful. I bought a top from H&M Cribbs, which was excellent value for money, and it has lasted well.
I have often encountered pieces of clothing which are not of the best quality or are fading/beginning to obtain small holes. Materials used can be thin and are sometimes not well tailored. The shop itself is also very cramped and it is hard to locate anything specific.
My chosen product is stylish and patterned. There was a good range of sizes at H&M, and a member of staff was stood at the fitting cubicles maintaining order of the queue and showing people to their cubicle. The system was well organised, even though you had to wait. Whenever I wear my product, I often find it is stretchable and rather thin, but fits comfortably and I can put it on and remove it with ease.
Overall, I find H&M to be a modern, unpretentious shop with cooperative and well trained staff, who are willing to help under any circumstances. It can be a bit overcrowded, and quality may sometimes deteriorate, but H&M has good value for money, fashionable products.
