The flowers were delivered on the right day
Arrangement nothing like picture

Most of the flowers were dead within 3 days
For mothers day I ordered online from Interflora a bouquet of flowers in a cream cermaic pot for my mum. In total I paid £47.00 for the flowers, a bottle of wine and the extra charge for it to be delivered on Mothers Day. It was delivered on the right day, but the arrangement was put in a horrible brown basket and not the pot that I wanted. My mum said that the flowers did look nice, but by the Wednesday most of the flowers were dead.
As I did not see the arrangement until over a week later, I phoned Interflora straight away and told them my problem. The young man told me another bouquet would be sent out to my mum, which I thought was great, but then 2 days later I received an email saying that this wasn't going to happen as I placed a complaint after 7 days. They said that I could have 20% gift vouchers to the value of the flowers. I was absolutely disgusted by this. Why they thought I would ever order anything from them again is beyond me. I wasn't bothered about the money, I just wanted my mum to have the arrangement that I ordered. I will never use Interflora again.
