Reasonable speed, reliability
Bad Points
Sleazy pricing model, lots of hidden charges including £49 move away fee, be very careful before signing up with them.
General Comments
When moving one domain away I followed the advice of Dastra, an earlier reviewer, and complained about the £49 charge saying that it didn't exist in 2002 when I set it up (it only came in in 2004). Easyspace agreed to waive it which I thought was one redeeming feature.

I'm a little confused by your comments regarding a "sleazy" price model and/or hidden charges? Our price model is quite straight forward with the only charge being for moving a domain name to another registrar, this is an admin fee which is currently set at £15+ VAT for the work required from our end.
