On top gear my Fiat Panda 1.1 Active was beaten by a guy on foot so I think that could be a better option or a nice bike could be good. Cheap insurance is the best thing

I find it odd that the reviewer gave the Fiat Panda an overall rating of 3/10 when he/she gave it in Practicality 8/10 and Reliability 9/10, then Value for money 1/10. So overall the car hasn't broken down or been very expensive to run. The only thing wrong with it according to this review is it's slow and boring. Hardly a criteria to warrant 1/10.
It goes from A to B slowly and without breaking down, better than many cars on this site. I owned a 4x4 Panda. Granted, the 4WD system is rubbish and frequently went wrong, but overall it is a very good car, and I would buy another, but not the 4WD version.
