General Comments
I recently booked a flight for an international trip with 1-800-CheapSeats.com. Ten hours later, I discovered that the trip would not be appropriate, due to a change in airports for a connecting flight. My interaction with the agents on their toll-free number was excellent. Since my credit card had not yet been charged, they cancelled my flight without a problem. They also offered to assist in making a new reservation. A follow-up personal message was sent via email to confirm my cancelation. Very helpful, friendly, personal. I highly recommend them.
