Easy to stick to, stopped me being hungry and I lost weight!

General Comments
I bought a complete starter kit from Ezeslim.co.uk for £99.95. This contained 90 day's supply of You Slim weight loss tablets, a manual on what I should eat and a DVD.
The tablet is completely natural, this was one of the reasons I chose You Slim; I didn't want to start filling my body up with more junk. It stops you being hungry inbetween meals and gives you your daily supplement of vitamins, minerals and "friendly" probiotic bacteria.
The manual gives suggestions on what to eat and tells you how the course works. I found the course great because I wasn't left feeling hungry and snacking and after 3 months I lost 12 pounds!
