Good Points

Good camera and radio.

Bad Points

The positioning of the loud-speaker underneath the phone - The speaker is effectively covered unless you're holding it, or the keypad is facing the table -- in this position, the phone is very quiet no matter how high the volume is set.
The joystick navigation is not very responsive, this can be get very annoying when trying to navigate fast.
My phone has a habit of freezing, then switching itself off every so often.
The games and ringtones that come preinstalled on the phone are terrible - The games are only samples: You have to pay to download the full versions!!
No memory card slot for upgrading memory. What's the point of having an in-built MP3 player which can only store 4 songs?
Adding notes or reminders to the phone is equally user unfriendly, and the memory capacity for notes is tiny.
Unlike Nokia's, there is no facility for instructing the phone to automatically overwrite the oldest text messages; I have to continually manually delete messages to make space for new ones.
Texting is slower and less user-friendly than on Nokia phones.
