Bad Points

Cashback not paid on time, and when some money was finally received, there was not enough of it


General Comments

I received my first 3 months cashback from Club Mobile after a long delay, but after repeated phone calls when you eventually get cut off, and numerous emails, I have still not received my 2nd and 3rd quarter cashbacks. Today they have paid a sum of money into my account which does not tally with the amount they should pay at all. I have again spent 25 minutes on hold waiting for a reply and again nothing. I would not recommend Club Mobile to anyone and will be taking my complaint to Oftel.
