The right price
The flight attendant was excellent
No information to assist people with special needs
No signs to show where or what assistance would be offered
On January 6th-9th , 2006 Our Sisters purchased tickets for us online. We were first time flyers with Spirit Airlines. We were late arriving to our destinations and returning, and we had to endure a long line, and being pregnant and standing in the line for an hour and fifteen minutes was unbearable. We had no assistance, and when we asked if the flights were called for Nassau, the answer was no. There were people behind us being called to various countries to board, and after a long while they called our names on the intercom that this was first and final boarding call for Nassau. We had to rush and experience extreme fatigue that day. I would like a good reason why we should recommend them to friends, family and church members, and we would also like an apology.
