General Comments

After waiting for 6 weeks, I finally received my door from Bargain Doors, but it was the wrong size. After promising to send the correct door and collect the right door in 7 - 10 days, I waited a few weeks then started chasing the order. I kept being promised the delivery soon, but it never arrived. After 2.5 months since placing the original order, I cancelled the order.

    My name is John Hancock, and I own and run Bargain Doors. To date we have had 2700 satisfied customers, and one call diymunky who says he had a problem. However, I cannot trace anyone of this name or email who has ever purchased from us. I would like to hear from him as regard to exactly who he is and why he did not ever bother to contact me.     I have still had no reply from this firm i was sold what i think to be fire damaged stock, covered in thick black soot and badly damaged, bought on the 24/7/08. it is now the 15/8/08 and no response from them to my complaint as of yet.
