Bad Points

Refuse to see difference between 2 litre sport and 1.4l sport so give trade in £3000 BELOW what car is being sold for.


General Comments

Bought new 2 litre Ibiza Sport and after 2 years went to trade in for new one. Was offered £5000 for old one by Arnold Clark! When pointed out how ridiculous a price this was, salesman told me that as 2l aren't made anymore he could only quote me trade-in price on 1.4l?! And servicing not all that either- make sure you get a man to take car for you as they see women coming. As no competition in Glasgow due to them buying virtually every other dealer is impossible to avoid but next car will def. not be from them. (previous experinces include exhaust falling off car had for 2 weeks and them taping it up, sunroof leak repaired with vaseline etc.)
