None other than price of car which was reasonable enough. I guess though vehicle is very poor quality
Service (none), delay in getting vehicle (2 months!)
This is the first and last time I use a car supermarket. I bought a City Rover back from Motor Point in Feb (well paid for it anyway) to be told delivery was 7 - 10 days. Eventually got a vehicle (not the one ordered) at end of March. Absolutely fed up by this time - service was useless - no callbacks from salesmen etc - usual thing. MAKE SURE you check vehicle thoroughly before driving away - mine had a few scuffs on bodywork despite being "new" (what a laugh - car had been standing in Mumbai India for about 2 years from what I saw on paperwork), and no radio cassette as promised so back to workshop wasting yet more time.
I would strongly advise against using Motorpoint if you have any choice in the matter..if you do, then the old saying applies - you get what you pay for. I will never use them again nor would I recommend them
