General Comments

I have stayed in the Plaza Hotel on many occasions while working on the international motorshow. It has really changed over the past few years & become very modern. Of all of the places I have stayed throughout Europe this is by far my favourite hotel. Friendly staff who bend over backwards to make your stay an enjoyable one. The only downside really is the cost, it is worth every penny but I cannot afford to stay there out of my own pocket and wanted to take the family!
There isn't really much to do in the immediate area which, in my books, is a good thing as it cuts out the tourist element. There are one or two local shops/resturants which all offer a really friendly, traditional service. A must for any globetrotter. Due to its location, it is also a great place to stay for businessmen/women visiting PalExpo.
