Friendly delivery staff, saves queueing
Bit of a question over reliability and seem to have difficulty finding products you're asking for
All in all Tesco home delivery seems to be pretty good although there is definitely some room for improvement. They never seem to be able to find the exact items I've asked for so tell me that they're currently not in stock. But when I've gone to the store (on the same day) I have found it! When products are replaced I normally end up with the most expensive alternative available and as a result have to go through my orders & request no substitutes which can sometimes (when things are running slow) be a real time consumer & defeats the object of the service.
