Paid full money for spa day. Had to cancel but gave four full days notice no refund or alternative days offered
General Comments
We feel very badly treated by Downe Health Spa gave debit card details as a deposit before treatment decided. Owner debited my bank account for full amount, after we had to cancel Spa day as dates clashed. Owner refused to give any compensation or altenative dates and refused to send any details on cancellation policy. The owner just said we had a gruff tone when cancelling and has decided to keep the full amount from us!
