Lousy service and poor baggage allowance!! Flying Finnair From China to Oslo I was only allowed to bring 20kg (checked in and carry on baggage in total). I have tried to confront the airline company here in Oslo with the case, and they say that's it. Most other airlines allow you to check-in 20kg, and carry on 8kg.
So the money I saved on the ticket I payed back in overweight baggage charges.
I would have had a better deal with most other airlines, especially when you think of the overall service, entertainment, food and comfort.
I will never use Finnair again.
