General Comments

I ordered 2 PSP's from My DV on November 30th (money was instantly taken from my credit card) and I was guaranteed a Christmas delivery.

I spoke to customer services, both by phone and by live chat, and each time I was advised the goods would ship the next day.

Eventually I received the goods on 15th January. Neither of them are compliant with a UK power supply (I believe them to have been bought on the Japanese market then shipped from the US). One is already destroyed due to the power supply (even after purchasing a converter). There is no contact number available anymore to make contact for service or a refund.
