General Comments

Scandinavian Airlines' online flight booking is dysfunctional, especially if you have a Mac, but they still want to charge you 10 pounds to use telephone booking. It took me three hours to get through various phone numbers, and they kept directing me to their online telephone support that wanted to walk me through their website which wasn't working. They apparently don't care that they have a software product that doesn't work. They ultimately charged me a rate that was 20 pounds higher than the rate that came up on my screen during the online booking process!
