Good Points

Dealt with initial enquires very promptly
Very well trained staff
Always a smile (after all it costs nothing)


Bad Points

Could recommend better products that are at hand
Could give loyalty bonus of some description for staying
Can be long waiting in branches with minimal counter staff


General Comments

Overall, I find the Nationwide to be the best after being with two other building societies that became banks, and believe me, you can see the difference when a society becomes a bank.
