Compact - easy to carry around
I dive all over the world as part of my hobby that I have loved for years. But last year I was in Thailand and ran out of air at Huang Duang, Phi Phi. The dive centre gave me an 8 litre cylinder and made us jump into a down current that pulled us to below 40 meters.
After that trip I refused to even get on a boat, let alone jump off and go diving.
My friend bought me a Pikup card for my birthday which I carry around in my wallet. I used to look at it every day, and it gave me the confidence to get back on a boat, and last month I flew to my first diving holiday in Egypt after almost a year.
Without the Pikup I would still have both feet firmly planted on the ground.
