I have had an email account with Yahoo! for many years. I recently developed a technical problem which required immediate customer support. Online help search was completely worthless and I have been unable to contact a living person. I have lost customers and money.

I disagree with this review, I have found it very easy to contact a living person by simply ringing up their Customer Services, waiting times can be slightly long, however as all big companies this is expected. Have you not tried ringing up their Customer Services, I had no problems with them.
