Its easy to use, and very convenient for those busy life styles. Its taste ok, its quite enjoyable.
Bad Points
I felt very hungry at the beginning but with will power you soon get used to it.
General Comments
I started the Slim Fast shakes in October 2005 and just before Christmas I slowed down the shakes and continued to calorie count ie still made a super lunch worth of 600 calories and making sure that I did not exceed 1200-1400 calories in a day.
Before Christmas I lost just over 2 stone. Over Christmas I had little treats, as a little of something stops the cravings and fulfils the need.
To be honest, I did not really excercise through this, except from walking the children to school and back again, which in turn took a total of half an hour twice a day.
It is now March and I have since lost another stone. I have recently invested in a tread mill as finding the time to carry out more excercise besides from walking the children to school is hard.
I am slowing introducing an excercise regime to my daily activities and have recently started to take one milk shake again in the mornings.
I have decided to do this, because I would like to lose a further 3 stone.
The main key is to give yourself treat (other than food) and to give yourself some reasonable targets.
I have recently put my name forward to enter Walk for Life, I am to do this in June, which means that I have 2 months training left.
I have also booked a holiday for August and I have promised myself some lovely new clothes to show off my new figure.
This is all the push that I need.
If I can do it, anyone can, no matter how big or small you are, give reasonable and achievable targets and you can do it.
