They obviously have no qualms about disrupting customers plans whilst pocketing the profit!


General Comments

Lets face it, if you walked in to a car showroom and paid for a top of the range Mercedes, only to find that when you went to collect it, the sales team told you that they'd swapped your car for a Skoda favorite, but they were still obliged to charge you for the Mercedes, you be more than a little miffed.

Having by-passed the cheaper night flight options and booked daytime flights to Kos with Thomson Fly, we too were more than a little miffed when Thomson wrote to inform us we were now flying with Monarch, through the night, on flights which were still available online for a much reduced price. Adding injury to insult, we were also told quite bluntly, 'you ain't getting any compensation, and if you want to cancel we'll have to charge you for cancelling!' Easier said than done when you've gone to great lengths to book flights and rooms separately.

Once again another company shows its indifference to another disgruntled and lost customer.
