Staff unhelpful, and they always say "if we have it, it will be there".


General Comments

Whilst visiting my friend, I went to Debenhams in Colchester to purchase underwear. I got the usual pointing when I asked if they stocked the briefs to match a certain bra, and they said "if we have it, it will be there". My point is, they know what they stock. They work on the department, I however don't, so a bit of help would have been fab.

One particular time I found a top which was supposed to have the briefs with it, (a lady on the shoe dept told me, as she already had one) she told me to go and ask them on lingerie. I did, and got the usual "if it's not out, we don't have it". So I asked if it came with the top, and she said she did not know.
Where I work; if I don't know, I find out!
