Having to come home to the cold weather
Thomson Holidays - just come back from two weeks at the Cala D'or Puerto Rico in Gran Canaria, it was fab first time here and let me tell you won't be the last!!! from start to finish all fab service
Flight brilliant recently refurbed alot of there Thomson planes with leather seating real class and so comfy!!!
Soon as landed luggage waiting for us and met by 8 thomson reps all eager to send us to our coach
After waiting only 5 minutes a rep came onto the coach checked it and sent it on its way iv never seen anything done so quickly but i was loving it.
We were the last drop off which could have been our only gripe but as our rep advised you will be the last pick up so alls far in this world
The Cala D r having only recently been refurb were lovely, everything you wanted and needed except a tv but who wants to watch all the german programmes anyway.
The rep was fab, always there with a smile and looking smart and ready to answer any questions for you at the "whats on welcome," told you everything from bus numbers to markets and excursions although not hard sell at all.
We tried 4 excursions garbos, this was the best night of our holiday Sioux city, a good laugh and well worth the money, camel capers, i'm still laughing now from this one, a real experience and a helicopter ride around Gran Canaria, something you will never, ever forget! All in all a great holiday and weve already booked again for August, thanks Thomson
