GoldenBoy's Review of Ultra Shaving Creme
27th Mar 2006
Overall Rating
- Value for money

Most comfortable shave I ever had, no razor burn at all, blades last a lot longer too. The 100 ml lasted me over 2 months.
Bad Points
Tough to find it in the shops, but a couple of places on the web sell it.
General Comments
I've tried just about every way to shave that there is, but suffered from razor burn a lot of the time, the new triple blades cut me to shreds. Got Ultra shaving creme {it's not a foam, it's more like a moisturising creme} for Christmas {office party gift thing} and I've been using it since. The 100 ml has lasted me nearly 3 months. Gives me the coolest shave I've ever had, haven't had any razor burn at all, and haven't cut or nicked myself since I started using it. My skin feels great too afterwards, it a very different way to shave, but it's the best shave I've ever had. The shave is very different though, when you put this cream on and massage it in it's invisible, took a while to get used to that, but it actually helps see where your shaving, as I have a partial beard I can see exactly where I want to shave. This stuff is weird, but it's great too !

But wait, there's more: an electric shaver of this style has two parts that need periodic replacement: the foil (the metal piece with holes that is between your face/scalp and the blades);
