Can fit in the sink to aid filling. Easy to carry with one hand. Pretty fast to reach operating temperature.
Would like to have seen advice in the instructions to sit the unit on a tray. This would prevent water spilling from the hose when plate is stored for short periods.
Bosch PTL1 Wallpaper Stripper 2000W - If you are looking for a steamer that is light, easily transported, easy to fill, and pretty efficient as a DIY tool, then this is the machine for you. I use hot water from the tap to replenish it and it is usually up to operating temperature within 5 minutes. I found that a fill lasted for about 40 minutes which is long enough if you cannot provide sufficient room ventilation. The plate is of a good size and no leaks from the hose attachment. A pity they do not supply a steam nozzle as standard.
