Only works within 50 miles of Manchester, but does have affiliates around country.


General Comments

Intelligent Financial Solutions or IFS as they like to be called are a small team of highly professional independent financial advisers operating from just outside Manchester. http://www.ifsnw.com

Being self employed and having several levels of complication to remortgages, but not for these guys. Not only did they manage to knock a huge amount off our monthly payments, they also managed to lower our payment period and offer up flexible payments. They really can find a mortgage to suit, and because they are truly independent, it's not picked from a small portfolio.

What I really appreciated was the way in which our adviser brought all the research material with him to show us how he selected our mortgage. It made for a truly open discussion and didn't make us feel like we were getting ripped off (unlike previous experiences with other advisers).

I would highly recommend them to anyone.
