You get charged £10 monthly for the privilege of having it, but there are hardly any benefits

I got sent a letter saying NatWest were upgrading my current account, and with it a list of benefits, which I didn't really read. I just assumed it would benefit me being upgraded. After a couple of months and noticing the monthly fee of ten pounds, and having no benefits; when I rung telephone banking with another matter they asked if I was happy. I told them my problems with the Advantage Gold Bank Account and they gave me a list of benefits; none of which are applicable to me. For example, cheap travel insurance, and cheaper interest rates on credit cards and personal loans. To be truthful, it wouldn't work out cheaper if you take into account the 10 pound fee! I got told that I could downgrade by filling in a form in at the bank.
