In my opinion a very good network provider. Orange may have expensive phones, and thier talk plans can appear more expensive. But they have free voicemail, free excellent customes services 24/7, and their call charges outside of talktime tend to be Cheaper. But with unbeaten network coverage, and talk time credited in the unlikely event a call is dropped, Orange is, in my opinion the best Network provider.

How much have they paid you Mark? That's the most obvious inside job I've ever seen!

You must be joking. Orange's customer services director is clearly sleeping at the wheel. They have the most frustrating and fundamentally flawed electronic answering system I've ever experienced.

When I was abroad it took about three and a half minutes to get through to the 'queue' to speak to an operator. By that time my charge card had run out of credit!

In the end it took 28 minutes of queuing and $40 in phone charges to get a PUK code which they could have given me via email. It's against company policy though! How convenient.

They will not service any account specific requests via email which invalidates the whole point in using the web. They say "Orange pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service" - Whoever cooked that one up is clearly mad!

Quite simply.. the quicker I can get out this contract the better. My advice is don't touch these clowns with a barge pole. What they know about customer services you could write on the back of a stamp.

Stay well clear if you want to avoid serious frustration!
