Fairly easy, but the manual does not explain at all well, and many subjects are not mentioned.
Help is better, but again far from perfect.
General Comments
Make sure you ask all your questions about the Simply Books Accountancy Software before your support period runs out! They will not give any help at all after that. I never used their support for the first 2 years and then came upon a problem I didn't understand, and they insisted on charging £40 before they would help.
