Customer service awful if it exists at all
I am being by Tele2 harrassed for a bill that I paid in full and ahead of time. They keep sending me reminders for this bill which I have a receipt for. I have phoned and emailed them but got another reminder today threatening a debt collection agency and disconnection.
I am no longer a Tele2 customer. There are other issues that I lodged a formal complaint about. The Regulator requires a 10 working day response and has twice chased Tele2 for but with no response. The only thing they have done is put an alleged outstanding amount in the hands of a debt collection agency. If you want peace of mind and Customer Service don't go near Tele2.
