Comfortable
I found Citroen UK to be lazy, incompetent and unhelpful
A review of the Citroen C5 2.0 SX 16V Last year, the car spent 5 months in the garage with an undiagnosable fault. My garage tried for several months to source a 'sensor' from France to repair it, but were unable to find one. Citroen UK were the most unhelpful, lazy-minded, useless group I have ever dealt with. One contact there told me he had been trying very hard for the last few weeks to get the car sorted out. On further questioning, it turned out that all he had done for those weeks was to write ONE e-mail to the parts department in France! Eventually, my garage was able to diagnose the fault as being a problem with the exhaust system, which took 3 hours to fix! I still find it the most comfortable car I've ever had - my model has the SatNav system, which is excellent, even if it occasionally speaks to me in French..!
